how do i change DVD content into wma or mpeg files?

Question

i want to use bits from a dvd to make a movie using Windows MovieMaker but i cant because i cant put bits from a DVD onto WMM.
so if anyone knows how i can change DVD into a wma file then please let me know

my freind there is program known as magicbit 3gp converter
which can convert any video file to that type u like and u can down load it from its web site trial version which can do conversion for 4 minutes and u can buy registration code for u.
