Yes, it is possible. But you have to cover it all around. Then you could use batteries or solar panels to run the air condition. You could even use the batteries/solar panels to run the tricycle too.

Most of the people in this section don't know the type of tricycle you mean. They think about the kiddie's ones.
I understand that you are a Filipino/a. Better to put this question in Yahoo Answers Philippines.

Good luck with your project.

Hooking it up with AC would not be the problem.. the problem would lie in the enclosure for the vehicle to keep the cool air inside and on you. If this is a VW set up, you can just add factory air set up to it.,.. if not, you can find out what would fit the engine OR I think JC Whitney - or other parts supplier - still carry the under dash units you could rig up.

Airconditioned tricycle are actually not possible. i think of, whether you thoroughly close the passenger cab (forget concerning the motive force!), the capability drawn by utilizing the aircon from the battery could be too a lot for the engine to recharge. you may desire to have ineffective batteries too regularly, too quickly. there is already air-conditioned jeepneys -- ano pa ang tawag mo sa "FX"?

NO!/NOT!
By the time you hooked it all up to the (key word) Tricycle a tot would be to small to peddle the thing.
