I like medium soft goats cheeses.
If it's going to be a processed cheese I like wensleydale with cranberries.
Hell I like any cheese as long as it's not blue (can't stand the taste of the mould)

A very strong cheddar with those crystally gritty bits in it. It's particularly good if it makes your face break out in a light sweat.
