when i add the file it become 200mb....so i can only burn 3 episodes in 1 cd...how can i burn many titles in 1 cd....

Shame on the previous guy for just making stuff up.

Anyway, just burn the avi files to the CD as data files instead of video cd files. Or, if you have to make video cds, then lower the resolution, audio and video bitrates.

Just don't make copies of copyrighted stuff.

You probably can't. DVD players and CD players are fairly stupid and expect to take the data off the disk and slam it through the electronics. The .avi type tells the computer a bunch about how the file is structured and the computer thus saves space storing it and takes time processing it to put if back on the screen.
In comparison - I have been working with one hour radio shows. These (in the recording format used) are about 52 MB. If I store them as mp3 files on a data CD, I can get 10 of them on the CD and as it happens, our DVD player can play them back. But if I want to put them on an audio CD for playing in a portable CD player one show takes up the whole CD - 500 MB
