In my motherboard there is no seperate slot for graphics card, can I use the pci slot for Graphics card. If there is any good graphics card please mention them along with price.

But do not expect awesome performance from any PCI graphics card because the PCI bus is now too slow for current 3D graphics.

It seems that your machine is too old. New mother boards contains slot either for AGP or SLI graphics cards. If your main board is older, then you have only one choice - buy a PCI Display Card and insert it into any empty PCI slot.

After inserting it, you will have to install drivers for it after booting the PC.

Caution : Please shut down and power off your system before inserting a new card. Also discharge static electricity on your body by touching any grounded metal object before touching any part of your system.

Ordinary PCI graphics cards are hard to find nowadays as most recent (say up to a year ago) PCs used AGP cards...the latest generation use PCI-E(PCI Express ) cards.

The other thing is that Graphics cards that use the standard PCI slot tend to be fairly slow.

yes you can but you will need to buy a pci graphics card.

dont get confused with pci express cards
