1. Not for long...
2. I don't believe much of what anyone says about anything.
3. No, because... African elephant is the name of the species... not a description of where it's from. It never changes, no matter where the animal is.
4. Because the proper name for "black" light is ultraviolet light. Any wavelengths of light darker than the darkest purple that can easily be seen by the human eye are considered ultraviolet or "black" light. Some higher wavelengths of ultraviolet light can be detected by the human eye as very dark violet light. Although, you don't see the full brightness because your eyes don't detect that wavelength of light very well. Wavelengths deeper into the ultraviolet band cannot be detected by your eyes at all and truly are "black" as far as your eyes are concerned.... hence the name...
5. Around 1400 degrees celcius. I would imagine that's an average of all the different colored parts of the flame.
Do I get the 10 points for at least trying???... LOL

1. I don't know, but people bleed underwater. I think it would be difficult because you have to force the tears out against the water pressure.
2. Because no one is going to be able to look in the sky and count 4 billion stars, but the paint is easy to check.
3. No, African-American relates more to citizenship, I think. Elephants cannot be citizens. I don't think the term makes sense for people either. It is being used to describe the color of someone in the U.S. who was formerly called "black", but how do I know if that person is an American just by visual observation? Maybe he or she was born in Africa or somewhere else and is not even a citizen, or even is just here on a vacation. It would be nice if we didn't need to mention what race or color someone is, but if we do, I think "black" is more accurate - although I guess black isn't correct either, probably more between light brown and dark brown depending on the person. "White" people are probably also some very light shade of brown, depending on their genetics and how tan they are.
4. I don't know, maybe they are really purple lights.
5. Don't know, I'm guessing it might depend on the type of candle, wick, and surrounding air temperature.

1. Yes, you can.
2. It's because when you say that there are 4 billion stars a)he cannot test it, b)He doesn't care that much and c) he subconciously concludes that you have learned it from a "scientific" source.
3.No, an African elephant will remain an African elephant .
4.Because black lights are non-existant. Black means that there is no light you fool.
5.it depends on the candle.
