Depends on what you mean "take advantage" If someone is doing something obviously against another persons will, yeah I would step in. Drunk or not.

Hell YES! I don't know how I would handle the situation, but I'd definitely be furious enough to think of a solution! I think people who do that are immoral.They have NO conscience. They're cruel and demented for even THINKING of doing such an awful thing.

Legally, no and that is assumming that the drunk person is "intoxicated" by choice and without being dosed. Morally, shouldn't you look out for your fellow party goer?
