can the ATI Radeon 9600 play supreme commander?

ok so here are my Comp specs,

Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz
1 Gb RAM
and ATI Radeon 9600 Series
will it run even on the minimal performance? just got the demo and it's ok, except the speed....

Probably too slow even at low game settings and low resolution. Here's the game's requirement:

To enjoy the game on an AGP format, get at least a 7600GS AGP. 7900GS AGP or X1950 Pro AGP would be better.

The most likely answer is no. Supreme Commander is extremely taxing on computers, and it requires a fairly decent rig to play it even decently. Supreme Commander also requires a nice processor, so if you're looking into upgrading, look into the processor as well.
