I have absolutely no clue. Was just trying to think back to what I would have liked for a party when I was 16, and I can't say I really remember anything. Sad fact is, never had many birthday parties in my life, nor did I ever actually ask for any. Guess largely for me it was just about being with my family. So I guess that would be the theme I'd suggest. Family.

i was sixteen a couple years back soo... i would want the theme to be intense alcohol consumption..at 16 its all about underage drinking and parties.
