The Hayabusa WAS the fastest production motorcycle. It has recently been replaced by the Kawasaki ZX-14.
Both are restricted below their maximum capacity though so they are pretty close to being equal.

My 1200 Bandit is the fastest bike I"ve ever riden. It started life in 97 as a 1200n, after a little engine work ie. re-ground valves, stronger valve springs, larger diameter exhaust headers with a micron end can, free flow K&N air filter, stage three dynojet kit n dyno ignition coils. I rekon its putting out around 130bhp at the back wheel and should be good for 170 plus mph.

Current fastest production bike is the Suzuki Hyabusa. It's got a 1300cc engine and it hit 198 mph in pre sale trials.
This is faster than current racing bikes, since it's not particularly meant to corner as fast as they are therefore doesn't need the agility race bikes need. Oh, and the engine is at least 400cc bigger than any of the international racing machines.
Drag racing bikes may be faster, but since they're one trick pony's the comparison is worthless.

Depends on if you are talking about dirtbikes, street bikes, or racing bikes (as you may see on TV).
Think about what you are trying to ask and ask again.
