I have changed my shoes four times, and I shower everyday. Why do my socks turn blue after everytime I where them.

beacause the sweat on you're feet makes the socks moist and the dyes in the material on the inside of you're shoes bleeds onto the socks. it doesnt mean you are dirty, it just happens when the eccess dye is not washed from the material before they use it to make the shoes.

If your shoes are damp then the dye may be bleeding onto your socks. I had a pair of Nikes that did this

That would be due to your shoes.
Wear black socks.
