My neighbour has been spraying the wooden fence between us with green wood stain. Quite a bit of it has blown over and stained my wooden deck. Any way of removing this stain???

Pressure wash it. Use Olympic Deck Cleaner from Lowe's if this does not work well. Otherwise, you may need to strip it down and restain.

Rent a pressure washer and clean your deck off. It will remove a very thin layer of wood that contains the stain.

You can ask your neighbor to pay the cost since he caused the damage.

If all else fails take all the boards off and flip them over. Though you would have to have some serious stain on your deck for it to soak in that far.

Is it not the responsibility of your neighbour to remove the stain? Did you try calling your house insurance to see if you are covered and then they may go after him and you can play innocent and say you didn't know they would do that? If you are not willing to do the above you probably have a very busy summer ahead stripping your deck and restaining.

Gawd, I wouldn't be pleased.

I suspect the only way is to sand it off your deck and then reseal. Good luck
