I don't know off hand, but find yourself a periodic table, and locate the elements.
The Atmoic Number (For Helium, for example, 2) is the number of protons. The number of electrons is the same, for a typical, neutral atom of that element. Now find the atomic weight of the element. (Usually written below the element's symbol, and consists of a number of many decimal places) This number represents the weight of all the subatomic particles. The electrons are negligible, since they are so small compared with the particles in the nucleus. The rounded whole number is therefore the number of protons and neutrons in a typical atom of that element. Subtract the atomic number (protons) from the atomic weight (protons + neutrons), and you have the number of neutrons.
Added - I looked it up:
Helium - 2 protons, 2 neutrons, 2 electrons (atomic weight=4.002602)
Magneisum - 12 protons, 12 neutrons, 12 electrons (atomic weight=24.3050)
Silver - 47 protons, 61 neutrons, 47 electrons (atomic weight=107.8682)

When you look at the periodic table, the atomic number is the number of protons.
Helium has 2 protons.
If the atom hasn't gained or lost any electrons (becoming an ion), then the number of electrons always equals the number of protons.
Helium has 2 electrons.
If subtract the atomic number from the atomic mass of a particular isotope, you end up with the number of neutrons.
Helium has 2 neutrons.
Likewise:
Magnesium has 12 protons, 12 electrons, and if it's the most common isotope (with an atomic mass of 24), 12 neutrons.
Silver has 47 protons, 47 electrons, and if it's the most common isotope (with an atomic mass of 108), 61 neutrons.
