I am also visiting Malasia briefly on the way over as well as England. Am I going to have enough room in my 90Lt travel pack to fit all my clothes?

For Germany, Prague and Amsterdam you will need the same kind of clothes as you need for England.
Basically a waterproof coat and jeans or alike trousers, sweaters and good waterproof shoes.
For Malaysia you will need summer weight things, take things you can use as underwear of extra layer in Europe.
If you pack sensible and take things you can wash, you can fit a enough in a 90Lt pack for a few weeks. You will need to get your things clean after that, but not more often as you would at home, I would think.
You still have time to see how much you can fit in your pack and how long you can do with that, and use a different pack if needed.
But also look into the weight of the pack, compared to the weight allowed on the flight, as the allowances have come down over the years.
