Then you go and ask why does her boyfriend mother have to say/called that and tell the boyfriend mother to teach his son not to contact your daughter first.

Please tell me you were not goint to ask if you had a legal right to sue. That mother was obviously wrong for her actions but suing won't teach your daughter anything positive.
