Well Sandstorm, I love having no control over anything I do and I just love it when that fist comes flying toward my face. Nothing spells L-O-V-E like posession and abuse from a husband!!

Oh c'mon, Sandstorm...

I don't know where you're getting your theology, but women are to be submissive to their husbands, and husbands should love their wives as Christ loves the church.

Christ isn't controlling and possessive of the church. He gave his people free will to choose their path.

So no, I don't need or like a possessive or controlling man.

My husband is very masculine and protective of me. I treat him with utmost respect and I heed to his wishes when he makes a final decision.

On the flip side, he often insists that I be independent and make decisions on my own about many things, while he just does his best to influence those decisions with what he believes is right. He tries to give me every opportunity in the world that he can.

That's how it's supposed to be. Mutual respect.

Not a d*mn thing because I won't have a man who feels the need to be possessive and control me.
I like masculine guys but not the ones who are insecure.

Let me see, "what is it I like about control freaks, oops, I mean husbands/boyfriends....?" That I don't have one who is possessive and ignorant! I have one who is hard working and a family protector, loving and all man....

See, Sandstorm, it takes a real man to know a woman does not need to be controlled, this is called a man with confidence~!

I've always been involved with very masculine guys, but they didn't need to be possessive or controlling to prove anything. They were.. and still are.. very confident without needing to prove anything to anybody.
