Silver is a stand out color if you're that bold. Silver eyeliner and white eyeliner can make your eyes look larger and REALLY bring them out but be sure to blend and only use on the top lash line. As for shadow, try neutral colors and cream pots, because those naturally bring attention to your eyes.

My eyes do the same thing. What works the best is a light grayish blue eye shadow. And a heavy black eyeliner. That will really make them pop.

Brown makes blue pop - so try dark brown, coffee eyeliner tight against the upper lash line.

Brown and taupe eye shadows will be flattering too.

Shimmery champagne & taupe shades w/ black eyeliner would be elegant for evening.

Shades of blue higlight blue eyes, while browns make them pop.
You could probably do blues for day wear and browns for a night out.

Try silver, bronze, copper, light brown shimmers, and golds. All these colors will look great on both eye colors.
