I am both equally. If I am in a situation where I am comfortable, and I feel like I "qualify" as a good leader, I'm not afraid to take charge. The reverse is also true...If I'm in a situation where others are more knowledgable than me or I don't feel as confident, I can definetley be a follower. This is probably true of most people, because no one wants to offend someone by taking charge when they really shouldn't.

I am both. Like what they usually say, a good leader is also a good follower.

This same question gets asked a lot here on YA. Being a follower seems to have a negative connotation. No one wants to admit they are more comfortable with following. Being a "follower" shows submission, maybe a sign of weakens?....I find it interesting, if the majority of people were truly leaders...nothing would get ***** done!, old saying, to many cooks ruin the stew!
