OK, I think I get the gist of your question, e.g. what if the physical uncertainty of a given variable was in fact due to an external agent. This is referred to as a "hidden variable" theory. That is, to posit that the apparent randomness of quantum mechanics only appears that way due to the action of an underlying principle. As far as I know, David Bohm--a brilliant man, has done the most work in this direction. For it, he was kind outcast from the physics community.

The Force looks like a mystical field that can be manipulated to do lots of stuff, e.g. push, pull, run at godspeed or fire out some evil lightning to burn.

the force is more like chi or qi, it is the energy that runs through everything and binds it all together. once you learn how to use it you can do anything.
