Corset or a cincher for shape. Use beeswax on your face before applying makeup to cover beard shadow and looks smoother use thin layer. use a hypoallergenic tape to pull cleavage together under the bra. You can use condoms for boobs fill with water or a cream but be careful of puncture. And make sure you have comfortable shoes. Do your eyes first. Wig last. And hiding your johnson can be a task try using one tight pair then one not so tight. You would think ya could just fold it under but its still very noticeable in certain female garment and you have to keep it tight and its gonna try to set itself free. It will defeat the whole purpose and may even scare people. And you can't fix yourself down there like you can as a guy it doesn't look lady like at all so make sure everything is secure and in place. And don't get excited either you may want to unload some ammo. It is exciting and more women than you would expect may hit on you.

First, take a shower and shave wax your legs, underarms, chest or use a hair removal cream, either way, make your body smooth. Second, if your has long hair, style it, curl it, get highlights & get hair extensions. Third, do your nails, get a manicure and a pedicure, get a french manicure. Forth, get a pair of realistic breast forms and glue them to your chest, give yourself a nice D-cup. And now for the make-up. Make sure you pluck your eyebrows into a nice feminine arch before you apply foundation and powder, plus blush eyeliner, lots of mascara on those new eyelashes and a nice ruby red lipstick. Now it's time to dress-up...
Dress in a black lace bra, garter belt, g-string and fishnet stockings. A red knit mini-dress and a pair of 5" red stiletto heels will make your look very sexy, then all you need is a pair of earrings, bracletts, necklace, some perfume and a purse and you're ready to be one of the girls...

Go to goodwill. Get a dress, a purse, maybe a hat. Wouldn't worry too much about the shoes, I doubt you will find any in your size. Then go to your mom, sister, girlfriend, female friend whatever you have, and ask her to do your makeup and hair. Maybe you could even get a wig from a costume shop or from one of the above ladies' old halloween costumes.
Oh, don't forget to paint your nails : )

Be confident, whatever you wear. Don't be like, "Oh man, I'm so embarassed." It makes it that much more fun for you to do and for people to watch. Ask one of your girl friends to do your makeup for you, and you'll look great. Look up "Transgender clothing" on google, and you should get some sites that will have dresses and shoes in your sizes.
