Is there away to record spouse activity on a computer with out having to install software on their computer. Aslo away to track cell phone calls with out having to check phone if you don't have access to phone bill?

If you know, think or suspect your spouse is cheating confront them, why is all this techno interception needed? Or, are you so full of personal insecurities that you need to put 'tracking devices' into play in your marriage. Either way, this marriage has lost its foundation of trust, honour, repect, loyalty and love once you posted this question.
