What do I do? when someone who geniunely cares asks if you become their wife, gives you an engagement ring, and constances promises to come back home, stays in touch via phone but lives down south and yet when the time came to make the break, can't actually do it, but expects me to continue wait its been 6 months now, what was suppose to be three days away. He has been generous - looked after me well, but when push comes to shove, he rings and says its over, yet a few days later rings back and say hang in there, I want you.. I am tired of playing second fiddle. Your suggestions please

INSURE AND MAIL THE RING BACK. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN WITH A PHONE CALL. WRITE A NOTE THAT YOUR YO-YO DAYS ARE OVER AND YOU NEED A 'MAN WHO IS FOCUSED ON WHAT HE WANTS IN LIFE'.
I don't know how long you two have known each other; however, I assume he has something going on 'down south' and she is jerking him around. Or he is not really ready to get married at all. His generous ways are a way of getting you to hold on till he figures out where he is going. Good Luck
