have you ever driven a car,walked outside or just missed a near accident and relized that could have been you? and them start to wonder-maybe it was? maybe i am dead but my "spirt kept going on with life as normal -so i havnt relized i am dead yet-or others aroud me are dead to but just "living" life as if they were alive....just wondering....

Nope, you couldn't be dead, because I know I'm not and I'm reading your question.
I've had some close calls where I almost left, and it felt very different than here. I think people don't know they are dead when they are too attached to this place to leave. If you REALLY don't know if you are alive, ask for some proof from heaven. Could be cool.

I remember a Tales from the Darkside episode where this guy refuses to believe he's dead, even though he's decomposing a little more each day.
Then he sneezed one day, and his nose blew off in his napkin. So he agreed that he was dead.

Maybe what you mean is that you have lived life before....do you believe in reincarnation? It could be that you are an old soul. There is a reason that you are still alive...find your purpose and live!!!

If you're dead, your consciousness is gone. Your consciousness is in your brain--you can see that in the fact that someone in a coma has no consciousness. This spirit stuff has no foundation in reality.

if you weren't alive you probably wouldnt be able to communicate to the masses by computer.You are alive, and you are here,with us all responding to you.trust me you have nothing to worry about.I think you'll know when your dead and gone,it just isnt now.

yes, one time i went to get ice cream, and i was driving home with my cousin, and this dude ran a red light, and luckily, my cousin stopped at the light, right infront of the intersection,, or we would of gotten rammed in the side
