My boyfriend and I had sex and the condom slipped off inside of me before he came. I'm on birth control, but couldn't I still get pregnant from the pre-ejaculate? Is it worth me buying Emergency Contraception Pills?

You shouldn't. If you have been taking your pills every day, the likelihood of you being pregnant is VERY low. Also, the morning after pill is just a very strong dose of the same hormones in the birth control pill. Being that you are already on the pill, you shouldn't pump your body with to many hormones. That can be dangerous. However, if you choose to get the morning after pill. You need to call your OB to see when you should resume your regular birth control pills.

if you are taking pills regularly then there is no need to buy emergency contraceptive pills.
as yr BF didnt came into you. and generally in preejaculate there are less spems or no sperms. so dont worry.
if you are taking pills regularly then overall chances of getting pregnant is less than 2% with un-protected intercourses with ejaculations.
you can buy Emergency Pills if you are taking OC pills since less than 2 months as it OC pills takes 2 cycles to give protective effects.

To calm your nerves, I'd buy them. It's unlikely you will get pregnant because you are on birth control though. The pills are about $65 or so dollars, so if you have the money go for it.
