Yes, you can be convicted of a DUI for any motorized vehicle, including a moped, a go-kart, a tractor, farm machinery a riding lawnmower, and I kid you not, even a motorized wheelchair even on private property. (A non-motorized vehicle like a bicycle can be charged with public intoxication).
Here is a link that I found that has a concise summation for the State of Kentucky:

Probably so, if your drinking and operating a machine, you could do something wrong like run over the neighbor's dog with your lawn mower or chop a kids leg off. Yes, if you want to drink sit on your lawn and chill. Why do people always feel the need to do extra stuff when they drink, Just get somewhere and sit down and enjoy your drink.

I hope so!!!
Anyone who thinks he/she can drink alcohol in a vehicle is so self-absorbed as to not realize that other people's lives are jeopardized by such behavior.
Nearly 20,000 innocent Americans are murdered on each year because some Yahoo thinks it's okay to drink and drive. Most die on highways, BUT several hundred die on private roads, on boats, on snowmobiles, etc.
Perhaps you'll take this to heart and be a responsible brother on the highway. If not, I hope you get a taste of jail BEFORE you kill someone and get locked up for 3-5-10 or more years.

Go to the Kentucky Revised Statues and look it up. You can find the law book at any library. I would think to enter your property an officer would have to have probably cause or else get a searchwarrant. I can ask my attorney for you.

Nope, you can't be cited for a dui as long as you stay on private property. What you do on your land is for the most part protected by the constitution. The second you are on public property you become illegal.
I hope this helps...
Good luck,

don't know for sure about Kentucky but most states laws read that you must be "in physical control of a motor vehicle on a public roadway"
