Nope.
Why buy it at the pharmacy anyway? There are lots of lubes in the isles. The cashiers don't give a damn.

As far as I know, in the USA it is not illegal for 15 year-olds in to buy Wet lube for masturbation purposes. Lubricant does have other uses. Rectal thermometers, for one.

I don't see how or why it would be illegal. But you sound like a fun kind of guy . If they for some reason don't let you buy it then use some baby oil or wesson oil or liquid soap in the shower. It is not illegal. And I'm glad that you want to use Wet or a similar product. So many guys will use hand cream or whatever is handy not knowing that the alcohol in those products can eventually desensitize the head of the penis.

Nope, wet lube has no one definitive function other than being a water based lubricant. often doctors and paramedics will use water based lubricant for things like inserting an artificial airway into a trauma patient or pre surgery air way maintenence. just because it feels awsome while your jerking off cant make it illigal or make you a criminal.
