Put the peice of paper on the desired spot on your clothing or what ever.

Then iron the whole thing moving it back and fourth covering the whole surface of the iron on design in a circular motion.

PS. Dont use the steam process. Just on high heat.

for glossy do it for 30 seconds and let it stay on there until it has cooled.

for cotton surfact iron for 15-20 seconds and remove slowly but right away.

good luck!

PSS. If you iron it on for more that 30-35 seconds, the white space behind the design will iron on the the shirt and you will find a white square around the design.

If you want every single thing on the peice of paper on the shirt and not just the design or word(s), then I would suggest doing it for like 60 seconds. be careful and good luck!

Get your iron REALLY hot!! Lay the patch where you want to put it. Make sure that the "pretty side" is down and that you are ironing over the back. Then just hold your iron down on it, and move it around slowly, being sure to get all the edges put down. Iron it for about 90 seconds or so, and then let it set about 10 minutes and cool. This should be it!! Good Luck!

Heat iron to medium setting. Turn garment inside out, cut patch to fit area that needs to be mended. I usually round the corners. Put the shiny side of the patch toward the fabric. Iron over the top of the patch several times, paying attention to the corners. That should to it. I usually have to patch the knees of school uniform pants and I'm happy that the pants get quite a bit more wear.

the patch should already have an adhesive on the back so the only thing you need to do is iron it on with heavy pressure
and if it doesnt have adhesive buy some stitch witch it works wonders

Yes, only with an iron. Make sure what you use to iron on doesn't stick.
