I think Mad Tv is sooo much funnier. SNL needs to step it up, they have sucky people on the show for the last few years.

SNL used to be funnier, but these day I think Mad TV is. However, I'm a bigger fan of SNL then I am of Mad TV.

I think MAD TV is "stupid" funny, while SNL is "smart" funny... you sometimes need to know what's going on around you to understand SNL. When I was younger I liked MAD TV (maybe because I didn't know the current events) but now I perfer SNL.

I think that now, SNL sucks, and I havn't watched Mad TV lately, but I love watching re-runs, and personally, I like SNL much better, at least, SNL when it was good.

I'll have to say MAD TV ... SNL was funnier but lately it has just sucked, especially now that Jimmy Fallon is gone.

Good question. MadTv is more modernized. I like SNL because it's actually "live" so you can recognize the actors' talents better. The difference is this: SNL would have a scene with a character cutting up a tube of toothpaste, but MadTV would have Bobby Lee squeezing the toothpaste into his mouth and eating it. MadTv is a little more extreme. I like MadTv, but since SNL is on after MadTv, I can see them both. e

I do like SNL better because you get to see celebrities acting retarded. But I do agree with you that they need to step it up. The people on the show and the writers are not mixing well and it isn't as funny as it was
