girls are more mature than guys so his age difference is not a problem!
being shy is good cause he won't pressure you too much to have sex!
what is up to you is to tell him what you expect this relationship to have!
the girl has to make the limits,so the boy knows just how much he can do!
tell him right from the beginning what you want,if he respects you he will listen to you!
if he doesn't respect you, move on....till you find one that will!

There's no any rule of thumb that any age gap is a gap too big. There's also no any general "must do" checklist from a guy for a certain age.

Different people have different expectation, sees and handles a relationship differently.

That said, don't let anyone pressure you into anything you don't wants to, regardless of your age.

He isn't too old. And it really depends on the type of person he is. Get to know him better Become friends first. If he pressures you into doing anything, don't take that from him.

hey girl, don't worry i've had this problem before too. girls are usually more mature then boys, so it isn't uncommon to date up. and it really depends on the type of guy he is. what you should do is tell him what your limits are when you first start going out, so he knows where your values are. and if he tries to do things that you don't want to do, just tell him! and if he still doesnt stop, he is not the guy for you. hope that helps!

well, it kinda depends what kind of guy he is. He is shy so he probably wont try and force you into anything. If he really likes you and you like him, there shouldnt be a problem. If he likes you, then he should know better than to force you to do anything
