my bf goes too, and it's really fun, does anyone else have a relationship like this with their parents or their bf/gf parents?

well we've been dating for over 5 years now, and we live together, and i've always hung out with her! i think it's awesome! my mom is tons of fun too, but she's not into going to the clubs and bars!

It seems normal to me. Everybody, (moms included) needs to have fun too! I have been out with my boyfriend's mom to bars, along with his aunts and uncles. We used to sit around with his great grandmother and drink beer and play cards, and let me tell ya, that woman could out drink us. No Lie! LOL

I don't ever get to see my girlfriends parents too much b/c they both live in georgia now, but when i do see her dad then ya we will chill out back, cook steaks, drink beer all night and have a grand ol time... havent hit the bars w/ him yet but I'm sure it would make for a good time as well

Seems a little strange to me. Does the mom bring her husband/boyfriend/male company? That might make it a little less strange, I guess.

it's not weird
but bf mom could be using you both
not matter what mom tells you
she knows being with you two will get young guys around her
it's cool as long as she is paying the bill

I used to hang with my dad all the time, so did all my friends.I see nothing wrong with it.Enjoy yourself while mom is still around.I really miss going out and partying with my dad.

My daughter in law's dad plays in a rock&roll band,so we usually get together when the band has a gig.We all get along pretty good.No,it's not weird that you get along with your boyfriend's mom.Just enjoy it!
