it's bad??? For me, it's a natural antidepressant for the mood swings and a pain reliever for the cramps. When i have that time of the month, i reach for a bag of peanut M&M's and a pint of Ben&Jerry's.

The only reason it might be bad is that chocolate inteferes slightly with calcium absorption, and calcium is the very best thing to take for cramps. So eat your chocolate and have an extra glass of milk, and you'll be fine.

I heard chocolate makes the cramps worst. But for me it is my monthly craving during that time. It doesnt bother me!

its a mood stimulant, but researchers found that your mood can drastically drop afterwords.
