I have a 6 yr old son and pregnant with twin boys.
I was in the washroom and as I was getting up and my upper leg and the bottom on my tummy on the right side I got a pain it felt like a head or something was there...is that possible. Now since than the babies have been active so i know they are ok....was it a head or did I just stretch a muscle??????

Could have very well been a body part.
When I was pregnant with my daughter .. the Doctor had to massage her leg down off the top of my rib cage (because it hurt so much) and so I could have my checkup.
She was my 4th child and I had never had that happen before.
It was very cool to see her little foot through my skin though ..

Just remember that with twin pregnancies you have twice as much hormones raging through your body making muscles more supple, emotions more sensative etc etc etc....
It could have been a pinched or pulled muscle or they could have just gotten their little butt in the way.
Enjoy the ride that is a multiple pregnancy !!!!!!!

probably round ligament pain, but with 2 babies you will probably have alot of movement to feel and it may get uncomfortable!!!
