Yes, it is truly amazing that some people will disregard important facts in order to make an offensive hyperbolic rant against people that they disagree with. It makes them look like self serving liars.

History has always been twisted and changed around to suite either the requirements of the victors or by people who revise history to make themselves or their country/cultures look better. In answer to your question, yes I am tired of people either twisting history around to suite their political and religious beliefs. I am also tired of people glossing over history as well and state that history has no relevance at all or can not be related to the problems that exist today.

I find it more frustrating when they ignore history - or perhaps don't know or have forgotten.
For example - some people want to use diplomacy and negotiate with the Islamic terrorists. This policy has failed miserably every time it has been tried - why in hell would anyone want to revert back to a policy the terrorists equate with weakness?

I'm offended by that question. It's the reason we lost World War 2 to the Germans and Communism won the Cold War.
Open up a history book and you will see I'm right.

Yea, just like many liberals claim the democrats freed the slaves, when it was the republicans. Or how liberals claim the democrats were the frontrunners of the civil rights movement when they actually tried to block it and the republicans that were heading it up!

That's why public education is so pathetic and kids are dropping out. It's meaningless.

but history is often debateable, thus its difficult to know when people are lying intentionally or if they just view things differently
