I am going on a trip on July 28th, and I would love to be able to go swimming and go and enjoy the beach when I'm there.

Though let me give you some stats first.
I'm 19 and is 130 lbs. I'm also 5'3.

I would love to be able to lose maybe 5-10 lbs by July 28th.

I have 3-4 days a week where I will be able to excercise.
I was planning on doing Turbo Jam Cardio Party, is there anything else I should add to that?

Also in the mornings I was thinking of having just a low fat smoothie and maybe an apple for lunch.
Then dinner maybe some chicken with some noodles.

Is this enough to lose the weight by July 28th? Should I add anything in my plan? I also walk around during my job as well.

That is a start, the exercise is crucial to weight loss. Now you just need a good eating plan to support that exercise program.

12 grams of sugar per meal
10 grams fat per meal

brown rice/whole wheat pasta
fresh, raw vegetables
fresh, raw fruit

Of course, lots and lots of water - cut out the sodas and sugary drinks

The chicken is good and even the smoothie is good. You may want to add a little protein powder.

You do not want to fall below 1200 calories a day - this can throw your body into starvation and all your work will be for naught.

eat 5 to 6 times a day

For lunch make a nice pilaf with quinoa or brown rice, fat free/salt free chicken stock (if you make it yourself that is even better), chopped garlic, roasted red pepper, sundried tomato - you can add some pieces of chicken or you can throw in some raw vegetables. This is a great lunch and is very filling, especially if you use the quinoa (a plus for quinoa, it has a ton of protein).

If you want any recipes I have a ton of them. Feel free to email me, there is an email link on my profile. :-)

1] take a multivitamin with minerals every day [ on or off diet ]
2] you need:
2 servings lean protein
2 servings low fat dairy
3 servings whole grain cereal, bread, rice, or pasta
2 servings of fruit
3 servings of veggies [ corn, lima beans,, peas and cooked carrots are counted as grains because they have so much carbs in them ]
3] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
4] do cardio for 30 minutes , 4-6 x a week [ the more you do, of course, the more calories you burn ]
5] do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, crunches every day.
BEWARE 'low fat' anything - sometimes they have more calories than regular! Smoothies can be low fat, but fruit has a lot of carbs - I have yet to meet anyone who lost weight on fruit smoothies - vegetable, yes.

I think that you should eat a little bit more in the morning but of course healthy food. Maybe think about jogging every morning or evening. If you don't have enough time to jog, consider playing a quick game of fetch with your dog (if you have one!).
