It depends a lot on where you live. Go to a movie. Go to a park. Check the paper for local events (most places have free concerts and activities, especially during the summer) If you are at college/near a college there is always affordable events sponsered by the campus, even during the summer. (Most campus sponsered events dont allow alcohol, just be careful where you go. Try bowling. Pick out a recipe on line and prepare a meal for your friends. Or plan a get together with friends where everyone brings snacks and watches rental movies. Play board games. You haven't out grown them, and niether have your friends. Go to the mall and day dream about what you will buy when you can afford it (ie, when you aren't in your 20's anymore!) Get a part time job. Think of something big you want to accomplish, writing a book, a song, making a webpage, rearranging your house, and make saturday nights your night to really work on it. Check out different resturants in town. Work out at the gym. Learn to croquet/quit. If you like dancing, many town throw ballroom/swing parties, with lessons included before the dance starts.

Seeing a movie is the first thing that comes to mind. They don't let you drink alcohol in the theater.
Bowling, seeing a live band, or watching a sports game are all activities where people often choose to drink alcohol, but don't necessarily have to.

Movies, miniature golf (indoors), stay home and watch tv, karaoke up until 10 p.m., drive-in movies.
