I buy the bras at Lane Bryant--they are full support, underwire and work miracles.
However, if you have a nordstrom near you, go in, have them measure you and there are bras there they are made for larger breasts for support.

Vassarette (?)by Vanity Fair are the most comfortable bras I've found, but they're hard to find in anything bigger than a DD cup. also, have you tried going up a size? try a 38DD. different brands are made different, and you may be able to find a good 38 that fits the way you like. they are bigger around, but the cups are the same size.

Try Venus or Bali in large sizes. You may have to go to a specialty store...department stores usually don't carry them that large. Try a store that sells mastectomy supplies. They can usually special-order all types and sizes of specialty bras. Check out this past question for some online sources:

Playtex 18hr bras seem to be most comfy. I hate underwires, they dig and they poke out in my shirt! May I suggest
JMS.com? Or Playtex.com?

Found bras that were in my old size (38J now a 38C because of breast reduction surgery) from the first and last url, and the middle two are ones I've seen recommended.
