The base area is 5*5 = 25 square feet.

1/3 * 25 * 8 = 200/3 = 66 2/3 cubic feet.

Volume of a Pyramid:
Area of the base * Height * 1/3

5*5*8*(1/3) = (200/3)
= 66.67 cubic feet

V=Ah/3, where
V - volume of pyramid
A - area of base
h - perpendicular height of pyramid

So A=5*5=25
25*8/3= 200/3 = 66.67 ft^3
