Yes, the terms are interchangeable. Mostly it depends on the manufacturer as to what they want to call it and people's personal preferance. Other names for video cards are graphics accelerator card, display adapter and other terms.

a video card and a graphics card are one in the same. sumtimes i use the tern video card n sumtimes i use graphics card, they mean the same thing though

sorry but....dddddduuuuhhhhhhhhh! should be common knowledge now and days. if you don't know something like that then get some computer training. it can save you lots of time and money.
