I would say that a person has to be deliberately compassionate and dedicated. This would mean that a person is not going on auto-pilot but instead is aware of why he is being compassionate and dedicated. Doing right is okay, but we should have a basis for being compassionate and dedicated. Being God-centered sensitve is to do all things in the way God would have them done.
