i have a paper to write and my topic is using photo radar. I need three reasons to why it's good. So far i have deterance of traffic violations, and revenue for the city.

I can not think of one thing good about a system that assumes guilt of someone based on the car registration. I could be on live national TV 1000 miles away, but if someone else was driving my vehicle, I am still assumed to be guilty.

In some areas, even if you have proof that you were not driving, unless you name the actual driver, you are fined and given points on your license. This goes completely against the idea of innocent until proven guilty!!

To protect the ticket when the driver deserves it. You cannot go to court and say that you weren't speeding if you have a photo with your speed saying it was you.
