To Other Adult Men: How Often Do You Need to Mastabate/have Sex?

I am neither embarassed, nor concerned about mastabation, but my partner (in her words here) says "Its Wrong".

Now I dont want a debate on right or wrong, moral or immoral, or the myths about it, I would just like to know how often other men (Not teenagers, cause i know I pulled like a freight train as a teen) feel the need to mastabate.

I am a 31 Year old male, and if my wife and I have not found the time for sex. I would last perhaps three days before having mastabate.

If I have sex, I usually dont have a need for at least 24 hours, but as I have a family, and work 12 hour days, my wife and I dont have sex as much as i would like. (which would be every day if I could)

I am curious as to how long other adult men in relationships will go before they have a need to mastabate.

I am not looking to justify my actions, I am more curious to know weather I am being excessive, cause truth be told If my partner did not have an issue with mastabation I would not go a day without some sort of release, either solo or with my wife.

Now just to clarify, I am talking about nothing more than a release of my sexual frustration, not some internet pornfest ect.

Also, dont get the wrong idea, my wife is a very sexual lady and when we find time, its usually GREAT. its just that I seam to spend most of my life horny.... but then again i am male...

As a 35 year old male, I feel the need constantly. About 2-3 times a day (even in a sexual relationship), I "relieve" myself of sexual tensions. It's like going to the bathroom to do a number 1 in a way. The semen builds in our testicles and needs to be emptied out, just like when urine builds in our bladders. Although sometimes our significant others tend to help us relieve those sexual urges every once in a while, most women tend to run on slower and/or different clocks than us guys. Thank the gods, we know how to do it ourselves!
