Blood vessels to close to skin on the inside.....you need to have it cauterized.

Have you had a head injury recently???
How about other symptoms? Probably just the change in temp from summer coming.
Go see you doctor, he'll use some silver nitrate I think it is, to caterize the capilaries. It doesnt hurt and will stop the bleeding.

you defineately see a doctor about this, try placing your finger underneath you upper lip to stop bleeding
