ok wow, if feel like an idiot asking this, but basically I'm flat chested and I hate it. Will I EVER have boobs? I'm 14, just graduated from 8th grade and it seems like everyone has boobs but me. My mom has big boobs and she's white and I'm not trying to be racist, but my dad's full japanese and I'm wondering if me being HALF asian has anything to do with me being flat. sorry if that offended anyone, but is the whole asian thing genetic or is mt moms side, or both?

First, if you're only 14 give yourself some time.
Some us are just late bloomers.
I'm a guy, but when I was in middle school and high school, I was among the latest to start "developing" compared to the guys around me. Looking back on it (I'm in my 20s now) when I entered pubety was probably about a year or two later than average.
And then, as you mentioned, there's the genetics.
Have you've had a chance to meet some of your fathers female relatives? Your grandmother, aunts, etc?
You can't fight the genetics...
And lastly, I have to add this: not all guys find large breasts attractive. I never understood the appeal of large breasts. Since I was in high school almost all the guys around me thought that a woman (or girl) had to have big breast to be physically attractive. But there are those of us who find small breats attractive.
Sure, we're a minority but we're out there.
So give yourself some time, and have confidence in yourself.

You still have plenty of time to grow don't worry! And don't try to stuff your bra or anything because when I was in middle school I saw some pretty odd things that certainly couldn't be natural. One girl looked like she had droopy, pointy cones and that looks a million times worse than no boobs! Also, look at some clothes that fit your shape and that will help... Most magazines usually have articles about finding what styles look best on you!

There is still a high chance you will grow in that area. But if you don't it's not the worst thing. I don't have boobs and here are some good things about it. It's easier to work out (some girls have to double up on sports bras), we don't really need to worry about what we wear and if our boobs will pop out, and we don't need to worry about guys not looking at our faces when we talk and always remember a hand ful is enough!

Amanda, don't be lost in this. oriental women are smaller than white women. but that doesn't mean it will always be a problem. this part of your body is not to make you worry. when you are older and have a better perspective of who you are you may have something changed then. for now though, concentrate on you and where you want to be in the next few years. this world needs people to make it a better place for all. your body will take care of itself with care by you. relax Amanda, life comes at you fast.

Sometimes ..it's genetics. But a girl's body still continue to grows within their 20's, so don't worry. Some people who have flat chests can still wear flattering tops. Be proud of who you are. You shouldn't be ashamed or dissapointed about it though.

hey im 15 and im totally flat and im asian and it sucks. i think that the asian part has to do something with it because caucasian and african american people are way more curvier than asians. well, you're half asian at least. hopefully, we will mature when we get older. you could get push up bras or padded bras in the mean time though.
ugh... i hate it when we wear dresses and im the only who cant wear straplesses.... or tube tops.... or bikinis...

i dont thikn race has anything to do with it. i dont want you to feel bad or anything but no one in my family has big boobs but me. i dont know how i got them. i hate it so much.
ok like i was saying, everyones body is different when growing. just dont worry because your time will come. be proud of what you have Hunn because someone out there is gonna want to trade places with you and ur gonna be thankful that you dont have what they have. trust me because right now, i wanna be in ur shoes lol. did that help you Hunn?

its possible that because your half asian, you might not get the biggest boobs, but your only 14 so hang in there and give it some time, you never know what might happen.
