Hi, when measuring penis size should I start from the body part and measure the length , note that there is around 1/2 inch of muscle before actually the penis starts. I am not sure when people quote their penis size at what point they start measuring. Any ideas ?

Step one: drop your pants
Step two: look down
Do you see a penis?
If yes, it's big enough.
If no, you're a girl, so you don't need a penis.
Measuring is just plain dumb. You've got what you've got, and whatever it is, it's big enough, because girls do not care about size. So put the ruler away and get busy doing something more productive.

I guess there is probably an official answer to this, like an international standard or something but most guys will start from as far back as possible and then add a little on as a safety measure. I believe the average is like 5.5 inches and not the 9 inches the porno videos would have you believe :-0

Umm yeah that's how you do it. And sorry but 9 cm is really tiny. Well unless your like 12 or younger. I was bigger than 9cm before puberty and I'd say most guys were too. Oh well for the average to be 15 - 16 cm I guess some men have to be tiny.

Dude! Don't sweat the small stuff. What uv got is what uv got, no matter what its size is. Most of those concerns only lead to low selve esteem, or an overly exagerated image of ur self. Niether is healthy. Ul b just fine with what uv got!!!

doctors will say that the measurement is from your pubic bone to the tip. most people on the otherhand will measure only what is visible and most people don't give their acurate size anyways
