There are many things you can do (mostly because you weren't specific, haha)
Possibly:
Open the door and get out
Scream and yell, most likely someone will hear
Get on your cell phone and call someone quickly
Don't get kidnapped in the first place
Kick them in the head with you heels
Ask what they want, and possibly give in to their demands (depending on what they want)
Good ole buddy system before you get kidnapped
Kick out the windows
If in the trunk, pull emergency opener
Try to kick the steering wheel in the front
Move the gear shift so its harder to peel out quickly

If they put you in the trunk, you can either hit the emergency trunk release inside the vehicle, or you can kick out one of the back lights and stick your hand through and wave it as much as possible. If you're in the backseat, you could kick out a back window. If you're in the front passenger seat, when the vehicle comes to a stop you can grab the keys and then exit the vehicle, running as fast as you can and yelling for help.

Pull out the knife you should be carrying and stab him in the neck when he's at a red light or when he stops the car.
Hint: Stab down between his collarbone and neck for a quick finish

Escape is generally about what you have to work with and where you are placed in the car, are you bound? how so? are you flexible? There are a lot of variables, so there are a lot of possibilities.

befor they get you into the car scream and keep screaming kick and scratch prefeerably the throat area or the groin. once your in the car cause an accedent if your in the trunk there isnt much you can do till you get to where your going

if ur in the trunk pull the emergancy latch and jump
if ur in the back seat. dislocate ur thumb and un cuff ur self. then use the cuffs to strangle ur attacker

when he/she started the car, open and the door and roll out.
or if he/she had childs lock set up then, jump out of the window.
if he had it so you couldnt open the window...then ur a goner.

trunk may mean tire iron or jack winch, both make very good weapons. Above all, don't panic.
