Galactis by far. He freakin' eats planets. I dont think Hulk can eat a planet, though he might need a steak.

I would guess the Hulk since the madder he gets the stronger he gets. However thats assuming you are just asking about physical strength. Im sure even the Hulk couldnt withstand a fight against a matter altering character like Proteus or Silver Surfer. Its definitely not Juggernaut as he cant even withstand the strength of Red Gaurdian.

Hulk is officially the strongest marvel character and it's followed by Thor, he is very powerful (according to Marvel)

The way the story lines have been going, the most powerful character has become Iron Man. In addition to his weapons, armor, etc., he's now in charge of SHIELD and all of the registered heroes. So for now at least, he's the man.

Stan Lee was asked that question, and he said the Hulk when angry. He said Thing was very strong, but the Hulk is a better jumper.

Strong in what sense? Strength or ability?
Because in strength it would be Hulk, but in abilities, I believe Jean Grey is powerful esp as the phoenix.
But my favorite is Blink of course.

OMG it's obvious yes it's the hulk nothing can beat him you try to fight him all he does is GET STRONGER and there's no limit to how strong he can get the only way to beat him = to calm him down or to kill him before he gets to the point where he can fight you back
