My 6th anniversary is coming up. I have tried to do something related to the traditional gift each year but this year is IRON. And I was hoping to get some ideas that are romantic or practical or just innovative. Thanks

You can have a iron brand made into the shape of your last name or your anniversary date. Later you can use this to burn "the name or date" into wood trunks, plaques, trees, porch, deck and lots of other things

When I saw iron in the question, I was gonna tell you not to get an iron as an anniversary gift, then I read the rest of the info when I entered. Assuming your a guy, how about you get your wife some roses and a wrought iron trellis to train them up.
If you're a woman, it's a little harder for me to think what to suggest. I'm trying to think what I would like, but not all guys like the same things I do. The only thing I can really come up with for myself would be an iron jar candle holder and an iron jar candle lampshade. If you're a woman, maybe your husband would like that. Course if you're a man that might also be good for your wife.

I would suggest to just forget about trying to find a traditional gift. What the hell can you get for iron??? I never follow those traditions because it's too hard!
