You should only feed then once a day and what they can eat in about 3 minutes no more. Sence you have goldfish they astrete amonnia more than any other fish so you should not overfeed if you have any other questions let me know.

Fish can live days without food! They will over eat as much as you want to feed them and then die because of the excess fat that builds up...they also become lazy. A small pinch a day is about what they need and should all be done eating by one minute. Just watch to make sure they all are getting some. But if you left a few days, they would be fine without any food. That is how they would live if in the wild.

About as much as they can eat in 2-3 minutes twice each dat. Start by giving them just a little, and if they eat it all befor the time's up, add a little more. Pretty soon you'll have a good idea how much to give them. If there's any food left after the 3 minutes, use your net to get it out of their tank. Extra food will just foul your water.
