Either Vaseline or lotion on a q-tip. A little goes a long way, and is cheap.

Mary Kay makes a great eye makeup remover.
Philosophy.com has a face wash called "purity" which also removes make-up, including eyeliner. I've used both
and like them.

Eye Make-up remover or you can use a touch of baby oil on a tissue/cotton ball to remove it.
If you wear contacts;remove them before using anything to take your makeup off.

Use eye make up remover. Almay is the best, but without oil. Other wise your eyes will be blurry for awhile, very annoying.

I like Estee lauders oil free eye makeup remover. It removes in almost one swipe!

i like usuing vasoline. its cheap, it lasts forever, and it can take off any eye makeup easy, w/o hurting your eyes. just use a little though.

i foyu dont have money ot but that,
use a Q-tip dip the end in baby oil;
works like a charm.
