i am going to china in like 15 days and i will be on the plane for 22 hours and i have nvr rode on a plane [only 13] and i'm not scared i'm totally excited but people are telling me the plane is the worst part... but now i don't know wat to think but i'm still pumped about going to the plane should i bee??

It's a very long flight, however you are probably going on a plane that has individual entertainment systems which will help. You get to watch your choice from dozens of movies, TV shows, and games. Still it can be boring over such a long flight. Be sure to bring reading material, your I-pod, or laptop to help you pass the time.
You want to bring some eye shades and ear plugs, it makes sleeping so much easier. You might also want to bring a small neck pillow too. You want to drink plenty of water, and get up and walk around when you can. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes too.
Don't forget some snacks if you get hungry between food services.

wow... looooong flight! I go on 10 hour flights and they STILL kill me :( Some suggestions of things to bring:
Books (2 should be good)(R.L. Stine's book "The Sitter" is great if you like a good horror book!)
Crossword puzzles and word search books
magazines?
sudoku :D
ipod or MP3 or walkman
MATH HOMEWORK! =D (or some printed worksheets if you want to print them and yeah.. I think you might result into practising math with SUCH a long trip!)

its pretty fun...for the first 5 minutes....
theres not a lot to do on a plane, so make sure you have ways to keep yourself entertained(ex. iPod, laptop, ect.)
you can also rest on the flight
